Selling a used Mapletree Ultra 4A SE tube preamp with phono stage. I used this nice little preamp the last 2 years sparingly out in my workshop. I upgraded the umbilical cable, cost $100 for the new cable. I also installed a few different caps, it now has 2 - 1uf Mundorf Supremes and 2 - 1 uf Modwrights in place of some of the Auricaps. I will include a variety of tubes, several 12sn7's, 12sc7's(phono pre tubes) and a nice variety of 6sn7's, 2 CBS 5692's, also some Tungsol and old Raytheon brown base tubes. Also included is a pair of smoked glass 12sx7's. Fairly rare and expensive. I will also include an extra 6x5 rectifier. Manual is also included. I figure at least $250+ in extra tubes. Tubes are sold as is, I have no way to test them, but they have been used in the preamp and they do work. No issues, sounds as it should. It does have one minor cosmetic issue, the label on the power supply has come off, the paint was pretty cheap and it came off when cleaned. I still use a Mapletree Line 2C preamp, but I have upgraded my phono preamp, so I have no need for the Ultra 4A SE. $550 or "reasonable" offer I will pay the Paypal fees, figure on $20 for shipping/insurance.
