For sale is a 10 month old Rogue Perseus tube preamplifier. This is an excellent preamp with a built in phono section as well. There was a concern with Rogue remotes in years past as the remote would not allow for small incremental changes in volume control. Rogue has re-written the codes for the remote and hence, cured that problem. This is one of the Rogue preamps that has the new software/codes which allows for the minimal changes in volume without issue. These preamps rarely come up for sale and this one is rather unusual in that it has a black tube cage where most are silver. The preamp uses four 12AU7 tubes and to tube roll, only the front two tubes really need to be changed to affect change. At my asking price I will include a NOS pair of TungSol 12AU7 tubes as well as a pair of Ei tubes marked "Orion".This unit was built for me and I have been the only owner. It is truly in excellent condition with no marks or imperfections anywhere. I am not too happy about selling this but recent issues with home remodels and repairs are forcing me to strip down the second system in order to make for some domestic bliss. Hence, the sale... Shipping will be to the lower 48 states. I will entertain the idea of shipping to Canada but all tariffs, taxes, duties, etc. will be accurately reported as I do not want to get involved in any messes with the Canadian government. Shipping will be via FedEx and the preamp will be well packed. At my asking price I will pay for half of the shipping and split the PP fees but only at my asking price. If you are going to make a lower offer, then the PP fees will have to be covered.
