This Denon DVD-2900 is in excellent condition and runs flawlessly. Rating conservatively as I am not the original owner; this came from the estate of a dedicated, life-long audiophile that took good care of his equipment. I've had it running in my own system to check it out and it is SURPRISINGLY good! Yes, it's a great DVD player, but these are hidden gems for folks wanting to play SACD's. Why? Because it contains the native SONY DSD converter chip that gives the best SACD performance. Very smooth and robust transport and heavy duty build. These are excellent players that compete with many modern units and at a fraction of the cost on the used market. Stacks up against my Oppo 105 and makes no apologies. Oh, and they play Redbook CD's in exceptional fashion as well! Considering these were $1K new, used prices for them are silly low, so they are an excellent buy.I have all original box and packing for the unit, remote, and will include an IEC power cable.
