I am parting with my CBT24 speakers. These are designed by Don Keele. These speakers seem quite sensitive (I'd guess 90db) and have impressive dynamic range. Look on-line for a description. They need equalization, and I am including the miniDSP specified by Parts Express (with Don's settings loaded). This system requires a subwoofer (not included) to sound its best; the miniDSP settings include curve and output for a subwoofer. I use a Dayton 15 inch, but I am sure others would work quite well. I have enjoyed these speakers, but find that our room and listening preferences have taken us in another direction. The speakers are in very good shape; I purchased them in mid-2017. Non-smoking home. Local pickup only (Washington, DC area). I paid $1500 for the speakers and $200 for the miniDSP. Parts Express is advertising the speakers for $998, so I am offering the speakers and miniDSP for $500 (for the pair). I describe them as "very good," but their condition borders on excellent. Local DC area.
