For your consideration are a pair of Harbeth Super HL5plus speakers in Rosewood. These speakers rarely come available and the only reason they are rated as Very Good is the top of the left speaker has two scratches (please see photos). Interestingly, they are hardly noticeable as you look at them from the front (please also see photos). The sound is mint, currently powered by a McIntosh MC275 with a C2300 preamp.I replaced the SuperTweeter in the left speaker as it was damaged when I purchased them from the former owner. I purchased the SuperTweeter from Fidelis AV in New Hampshire, the approved importer for Harbeth in the United States. A simple slide connect and job done. If you are not 100% satisfied with the sound I will gladly refund your money! I have two sets of stands, Skylan and isoacoustics (pictured) and will negotiate a package deal if you are interested in either or both. The speakers do require stands to direct the tweeters to ear level. I have them paired with a REL T/7i subwoofer with the Arrow wireless connector. I will also negotiate a package deal for these items if you are interested in either or both.
I find the subwoofer adds just the right amount of low end to compliment the speakers. It is a seamless pairing that extends the soundstage to an even deeper and wider degree.
