Offered is an Audio Pro Ace=Bass B2.27 subwoofer for repair, parts, salvage. After working fine for many years, one day it stopped putting out musical sounds. It produces some relatively low volume huffing and chuffing sounds, and one time a little louder tone-hum tone when I turned it on.Examining the two speaker cones from the outside reveals no problems. Asking $10 as-is, of course. Local pickup in Los Angeles near Pasadena, or I will ship. I have the original box and packing. When it was working it nicely filled out the sound of my tower speakers (Linaeum 10). You can search the internet for reviews. This is a relatively small sub, overachiever. Not recommended for home theater cannon shots, but almost every thing else. I had a manual, it's around here somewhere. It may take years to find, but like most manuals it says not to play in underwater, don't stick a screwdriver etc. Has RCA bass input, one, or you can run full power left and right speaker channels through this sub, and then run the speakers out of the sub. That is the way I did it, worked fine. Level (Volume) and low pass frequency knobs. This has a piano black finish; two sides have snap on cloth speaker grills. The cloth is pretty dusty. The piano finish looks good, but I did not do a close inspection; there may be some areas of small problems.
