Selling my EMT 997 12" banana tonearm with SME type connector. This is a later production model (post 2008) when they re-released it. I bought the arm from Hammertone Audio, who said it was a one owner trade-in and had just come back from EMT for a checkup. The arm is in excellent all around cosmetic and functional condition. The only flaws would be the arm stalk has some of the the usual minor marks from making adjustments and the arm base plate has a tiny nick on it. These arms come with no termination to the tonearm leads and has 2"-3" of exposed wiring to work with. Comes with the extra side mounted weights, anti-skating rig, and the original wooden box. I can send the manual in digital format.There is currently an Auditorium 23 1 meter phono cable hardwired to this arm. If you would like it as is with this cable add $600. $2800 + Shipping/PayPal.
