Year old Morch DP8 anisotropic tonearm, in chrome finish, with 3 armwands--yellow, blue and red dots, to perfectly match virtually any cartridge.
This arm has received the 2012 Absolute Sound Golden Ear award, and a perfect 10 on the 10 Audio review site. Rarely if ever seen used.
Al accessories included--including the tone arm cable.
I am the original owner and have had it for approximately a year.
Downsizing is the only reason for the sale
This is what reviewer said of the arm
"This is the one for the bass—and the rest, too. For ideal performance, a tonearm needs to have very low “effective mass” [moment of inertia, technically] vertically to minimize warp wow. But it needs to have much higher “effective mass” horizontally, where bass happens. (Bass on LPs is cut almost entirely horizontally). Anything else is just a compromise. No other ’arm gets this as spot-on correct as the Moerch. And it is completely adjustable, too, to customize things perfectly for your cartridge. The DP8 Anisotropic will play the real bass on your records correctly to give a sound from vinyl that you probably never thought was possible."Rarely seen used--a great arm at a great price. The turntable obviously is not included.
