Installed the new tonearm after purchase with a cartridge one time on a turntable. Ended up buying another turntable setup with different tonearm.It is like new as you can see from the photos but I rated it an 8 to be safe. There is a small brushed mark (not a dent) on the tonearm tube about 3" away from the headshell connector that won't show in the photos. Includes all things that came with the tonearm except the digital scale I'm keeping. Please add 4% for Paypal fee and actual shipping from Seattle area.
