Tuner is free (you pay shipping). It has a nice front panel; but chassis is rough. It works in mono; but needs a thorough restoration. There is no cover as it was pulled out of a custom installation.I don't have the skills necessary to do this myself, and I'd like to make some space without simply throwing it out.
