This is a Thorens TD-121 turntable in remarkable and original condition. It is the cleanest TD-121 I have ever seen - there is virtually no wear to the paint, parts or mechanics. The unit is in 100% working condition and the electronics still test to within the original factory spec. This turntable includes the original Thorens wood plinth and armboard drilled for an SME mount tonearm, both are in very good condition.The TD-121 was, sort of, a single speed version of the TD-124. It shares many of the same parts and the same idler-drive system as the TD-124 deck, except:
- 33 1/3 rpm only
- no strobe
- no bubble level
