I have quantities of commonly used tube types and their variants, both used and new old stock. All tubes are tested before they leave the premises, however, I cannot test all parameters, so I encourage buyers to perform their own tests, if possible. Nobody can positively forecast the sound of a tube in a piece of gear. I know I can’t. So I give buyers the opportunity to try them out, knowing they can just return them if they are not what they’re looking for. The final test will be with your gear and your ears. Because of the huge number of tubes and varieties I have, I do not price many of them until a specific request is made, unless they have an advertised price in the Asylum Trader. My pace is slower than years ago when I sold tubes on the Asylum. Your patience is appreciated. We're not in a rush. I’ve assembled some Excel spreadsheets for specific tube types. They are partially populated. Most types have other tubes to add. Some types will never be entered on spreadsheets due to the large number I have, or low (if any) demand. Not gonna do it.
